Very often fitness routines don't work for people because they are not the right ones. MERFit offers physical training and fitness classes for all levels.

Our classes are held outdoors as often as possible... and we mix it up.

Our "routines" are anything but..! You'll never do the same thing twice (which is one of the best things you can do for your body.) Bodies get used to physical activity and become conditioned to it. A runner that runs 5 miles a day will soon condition their body and will hit a plateau. When you constantly change your routine and regime, your body won't know what to expect. You'll constantly be working different muscles and you'll get a better workout.

Not to mention that you won't ever get bored!


MERFit is dedicated to helping individuals create a healthier lifestyle. The workout sessions are designed to functionally train for life.
