GPT 45
Group exercise is fun and affordable. Personal training is effective and brings your fitness knowledge to a new level. Group Personal Training is the best of both worlds. 45 is a great starting point for those who have taken time off from exercise or for athletes who have trained really hard and want a workout less aggressive.

GPT 90 **Requires Pre-Registration**
A more advanced session. Workouts are never the same. You may walk, run, (non-traditional) strength train, bike, jump in the pool for non-swim cardio and yoga/plates. Class is unstructured to accommodate busy schedules. Participants may start their training at each half hour interval.

GPT Yoga
Personal training yoga is individualized. The trainer is focused on alignment proper form and technique and the client receives extra attention. The result is a better knowledge of yoga postures and practice. Emphasis on strength building. If you are an experienced yoga practitioner, you will learn how to make your practice more effective. If you are new to yoga this is an non-intimidating forum to learn. Additional time before class available at no additional cost for questions or reviewing postures.

GPT Kids
Combine fun with fitness during this class for kids of any age. Tag, tug-of-war, kickball, tennis, yoga.. It’s recess!

GPT Walk
Learning to incorporate a viable workout into your daily stroll is a challenge. While it isn’t fancy, it takes hard work to turn you daily walk into your daily workout. Learn the ways and methods to vamp up your walks. It will still be fun; it will just be more effective.

GPT TRX **Requires Pre-Registration**
A strength/cardio class like no other. Fitness anywhere? YES! Hate those boring nautilus machines? Leave your apprehensions at the door and make your body the machine! Oh and be prepared to laugh!
